The leases originally ran from 26 June 1981 for 99 years at an annual ground rent of £25.

Service charges are payable in advance on the usual quarter days at £12.50 plus an amount charged at the beginning of the year (after the accounts are produced for the previous year to 31 December) to cover the shortfall for the previous year and transfer to reserves to cover future expenditure.
